Appointment was at 3 pm. It is a house that we do not live in, so we want someone to be there. We want the house sprayed inside as well as out. He arrived early am so we were not there to get all we wanted done. They need to keep the appointment as scheduled . Why make an appointment and come when you want to. Always arrive on time so we can be there.
