Dennis (and each of the previous technicians) listens to my reports of pest activity and, not only treats an area, but looks for the source of the problem. Sometimes in the past, we thought we had the problem taken care of, but later discovered we hadn’t. Careful consideration and persistence led to a solution in the next couple of months (there was a thicket of shrubs along a brick wall of the house where bugs were most likely living.) I appreciate that persistence, and an ability to re-examine a situation with a fresh eye. Thanks for working with me!
