Our Terminix guy (Drew) is INCREDIBLE!!!! I can't say enough nice things about him! We've had many over the years and Drew is the absolute best. He is respectful, sweet, funny, very concerned about our experiences, always reiterates that he will return if we find anything. Our service professional, Randy, has been providing both pest and termite services to our home for many years. He is always polite, professional and does a thorough, great job.
Upon this years termite inspection taking Randy into the crawlspace, he noticed a leak, located the leak at the back of our refrigerator and attempted to stop the leak. Needing a new part, he turned off the water and dispatched me to Ace Hardware to purchase the part while he moved on to his next stop. He came back, replaced the part, turned the water back on and left. That is what I call going above and beyond!! Thankyou Randy
