Upon this years termite inspection taking Randy into the crawlspace, he noticed a leak, located the leak at the back of our refrigerator and attempted to stop the leak. Needing a new part, he turned off the water and dispatched me to Ace Hardware to purchase the part while he moved on to his next stop. He came back, replaced the part, turned the water back on and left. That is what I call going above and beyond!! Thankyou Randy
