Personal treatment, meaning, when the technician arrives they are familiar with our home and past treatments. They ask how things have been, treatment-wise, and are always looking to improve upon any situation. They will come out multiple times, if need be, and in a timely manner. I never feel embarrassed to discuss my “bug” issues with the technician.

Your two service persons showed up at our door unannounced, saying simply that they were in the neighborhood. These were not the service person that has done our home for a long while and we had scheduled a service for April 22 at 10:00am which did not occur.
The service was accomplished but in ways very different from what we have become used to. The inside spraying was limited to bathrooms and kitchen, and the outside spraying was, according to your agent, a more "potent" mixture that reduced the need for interior window and door treatments. This agent was also reluctant to spray the ant hills in our back yard.
We have been pleased with Terminix for many years, here in Mount Pleasant and in our previous home. This service was "out of the ordinary."
