It works well. In the almost 30 yrs I have been with you I have only had to ask for a retreat maybe 5 times. I don't understand why the retreat I asked for on June 19th took until the 30th for someone to come out. Very disappointed in the customer service out of Charleston office.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Greg, the technician, was very thorough in explaining the process of the visit and provided education. He was professional from start to finish. I like that the technician is accessible and can communicate with him directly.
