Sometimes I get a tech that has customer service skills. Jacob Altman did a fantastic and thorough job.
The service technician (Nick) arrived on time. After introducing himself and walking around the house, he swept the eaves, around windows and doors to remove any spiderwebs. He then sprayed around the foundation and applied necessary insecticide. The service was performed quickly and professionally.
