Charles, the new technician who came out to our house on August 26, 2024, did a great job! He was very thorough and, as we normally do, we heard the spray on the windows, as expected (you'll probably recall that when George came out three months ago, he knocked down spider webs, but we didn't hear any spray on the windows and the windows and doors [and frames] were completely dry only moments after he left, which was a first, so we had to contact the office to have him come back out again to do the spraying, which he then did). This time, all was normal and as expected, and even better than usual. Charles did a really good job, which we greatly appreciate. Thank you so much for your work!

I am very happy to have TERMINIX for my house & yard. Brandon Nobles came on First name removed 15th and put down some Poison Gel for First name removed ants in First name removed Kitchen. They had brought a lot of dirt into my house, and spread it out under First name removed Bookcase in First name removed Kitchen. When I first saw it on First name removed 12th, I wasn't sure what it was or where it came from, so I vacuumed it up. Two or 3 hours later it was back, along with First name removed ants! So I vacuumed it up again, but sprayed RAID into First name removed Nozzle first. I know not to use it in First name removed house, as it would "conflict" with whatever y'all put down. Did it again on Tuesday and late on Wednesday, so that Brandon would see it on Thursday. He told me not to vacuum up for 2 weeks. First name removed only ant (singular) I saw, was a dead one on its back at First name removed top of my faucet in First name removed Kitchen Sink. Alas, when I showered yesterday there was some more "grit" in First name removed corner of First name removed Tub in First name removed Primary Necessary. Thank you for being there!
