We just want to take this opportunity to comment on the professional people who did the inspection and update of our home recently. Harold did an exceptional job of going through our ‘Bait Stations’ and refilling and replacing damaged ones. He also took the time to number them according to the records. He was also very helpful in explaining the process when he came on July 23rd . And then Andre did a very thorough inspection of the property both under the house and around the external foundation as well as the inside today – August 16th . We just wanted to let you know that we have never had such a thorough inspection since we started with Terminix several years ago. Both Harold and Andre are assets to your crew and we felt it important to let you know how grateful we are for their efforts.
