Great overall service
For several years my technician was Harold Lewis. When I received the phone call to set up my next service with my NEW technician, I was terribly dismayed to find out that Harold was no longer providing my treatment. Harold was the best, and I always submitted the surveys saying just that. My expectations of my new technician Brandon Nobles are very high and I stated my expectations right up front. He is a very polite young man, a pleasure to speak with, and seems confident in his ability to provide the same level of service. There were differences right from the start regarding what I was accustomed to with Harold vs. what Brandon was offering. He assured me that this is just personal preference of each technician. I am perfectly content with that explanation. As I told him, my line in the sand will be the live bug activity INSIDE of my house. For the 20 years I have used Terminix I have only had to ask for a re-treat a handful of times. As long as my expectations are satisfied then I will remain a happy customer. For now I cannot give Brandon my usual five star review until I have had a while to assess the overall performance and results.
