This tech did a good job of laying down the pesticide treatment and a thorough job of checking the outside and inside of my home. He was very professional and courteous. I have only one misgiving opinion as to his service and that is he is constantly carrying on a conversation on his cellphone. I consider this to be rude and taking away his attention from his primary task which is providing his customer with his undivided attention! The constant use of the cellphone while at a customer’s home is rude and detracts from his knowledge, politeness, courtesy and professionalism.
