Communication is always excellent with our technician, Steven. He calls to check in before he treats the property and inquires about the previous month and if we have any notable concerns. We have used Terminex for 4 or 5 years and although it is a large company, our Johns Island, SC office for Terminex always makes us feel like they are a small company that knows their clients. Our technician has been the same person throughout the duration of service. We much appreciate the consistency.
