It seems like I pay in advance then have to wait for them to come and one guy comes to donoutside and ine guy comes inside. Not very convenient but we have had no issues

Ease of account maintenance. I have called the office to pay my annual contract fee, have mailed a check, and recently paid my pest control service man directly at my front door with my credit card. Whatever payment method I choose is no problem. Also, I pay annually and receive a small discount. Any problems with pests and I get a timely response. Staff is knowledgeable and they stay long enough to actually get to know them.
Steven is courteous and keeps me informed about his schedule. He appears very knowledgeable and answers questions.
When I had a problem at a property where I do not arrange the pest control, I called the office and was connected with a knowledgeable person who advised that I go to Possum's and told me what to ask for. Someone in the same building tried a different approach with much less satisfactory results.

He always makes sure the pest control application occurs at a time that is convenient with us and he also advises us if the weather conditions will interfere with the application so he can reschedule.
