Our service rep, Colton, was very friendly and professional. He explained the services Terminix could offer for both termites and pest control. He explained both programs.
He called before he came and arrived on time. We went around with him while he was doing the first spraying and he was very careful and explained why he sprayed in certain areas and not in other areas. We also watched while he put the termite traps all around the perimeter of our house. He was careful about digging.
