So after losing our tech that we had for years upon her retirement there’s been an adjustment period where our service wasn’t the same, new tech etc. And now our 300 year old home has an abundance of palmetto bugs 😦. After a call to the office their head palmetto bug expert came by and looks like we might be back on track with a sincere promise to get it right so!!! We have used tetminex for a dozen years and appreciate their attention to the problem which may have occurred from the change in service. Good people.

Christian did his usual great job with pest control service- downtown. Also explained the upcoming Termite control developments which makes sense. As an engineer, I appreciated his informed comments. So sorry to see him go, but what an opportunity! He mentioned his brother, but when I asked if he trained my new guy, he said he helped. That's a good enough recommendation. Downtown does seem to eat them up.
