I was sick at the scheduled service time of service in August, however the regular service rep,
Mr Robert came back by later in September. He has always been a reliable source. I did share with him about increase roach problem I had been seeing. He did a through spraying all the house. I haven't see ant live roaches, but quite a number of dead ones.
Therefore I am thankful of Mr. Robert and Terminix good service.

Communication is easy and the services offered are many. We chose to have Terminix spray our yard for mosquitos this summer and it really made a difference. We were able to enjoy our outside time a lot more this year. In addition, the pest services have been great for many years for us and they always address any concerns we have ever had in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

Effectiveness. To save money, we've used other companies in the past which provide pest control as an add-on service but don't specialize and focus in extermination and control of pests. While this definitely saved us money, we never saw the effectiveness of Terminix, defined as perpetual absence of pests inside our home. While everyone sincerely wants/needs to save dollars, especially in today's economic environment, the old adage remains true: 'You get what you pay for!" While we cannot compare Terminix with other pest-control-focused extermination companies, we can say that we are extremely pleased with the results we are experiencing from them, and that fact, coupled with positive comments we've received from others about them, results in Terminix as our choice and recommendation.
