I asked with my check payments to be shown the bait traps at my home after the first year of use. The technician called to make sure I was home and was very thorough in showing me how they were checked and refilled. Thumbs up!
Would like a notification that the traps have been checked and how many replaced in the future which I understand is not done now, only the inspection summary. That would be helpful to keep up with what is done and when at our rental house at 112 Kip Court. Also, not sure why there are two service trips made, especially since the same technician did both at our home. Might be a procedure to consider changing...
Satisfied customer so far with the new approach versus the old time Dursban and years of annual inspections without further treatment. Also, the bait traps are much more environmentally friendly as we recall days of odor when the chemical injection all around the foundation.

Our Terminex guy is the best! He is very kind, helpful and accommadating. I would recommend Arnir to anyone for sure!!!
The promptness and consistency. The repair they did after termite activity was found after the 2015 flood when inside walls were opened.
I am comfortable that Terminex will follow through with any relevant issue that occurs. However, none has, so that's the best case scenario.
The service are nice ,that mans a lot. I am no having trouble in my home with bugs. So I am satisfied.
