Chris Marks was my technician who came to my house to inspect for termites. Chris was very knowledgeable and took the time to ensure everything was in order. His report to me with the findings of what he investigated was thorough and frankly, I was very impressed! Terminix is not cheap, and with him going through everything made me feel more relaxed and reassured I was covered. I live basically in the woods and termites love woods! I have a custom home and want to protect my investment. It's worth the money spent.

Technician arrived on time, explained in detail what service he was going to perform. Also informed me that another technician would be in touch to further inspect my property. The technician Informed me that his inspection was complete and I would receive an inspection report via my email.

Terminix recently completed annual bait trap and crawl space termite inspections. As usual, the techs were on time, introduced themselves and advised me when inspections complete along with any comments, suggestions, etc. Had managed to schedule flooring installation same day and timeframe - Terminix techs very graciously made sure their trucks didn't block the front door so the installers could get in and out. Always a very smooth, efficient process! Thanks Terminix!
