I’ve been a customer of Terminix for several years for quarterly pest control and annual termites inspections. The customer service that I receive from Terminix is very courteous, prompt, and professional. The staff always lets me know what services needs to be done ahead of time. Terminix is an organization that I can truly rely on when it comes to pest control and treatment.

What do you like about our services?

Even though the Terminex folks sent me an email or two, I had gotten so busy I kept forgetting to schedule Terminex to do our annual bond inspection and spray. Then one day, when I has home working, a very nice young man from Terminex came to my door and asked if he could do the inspection (which required he come inside the house). I was there, there were no obstacles to his coming inside, so I said, "Sure!"
It was a pleasant and no-stress "appointment" - One of the easiest I've ever not made! ;)
