Reliability. My former pest control provider didn’t always show up each month and billed me anyway. I asked for proof of visit, a bill or invoice to prove the visit. Nothing but the bill. I went to Terminix, and when we moved to Columbia, I called Terminix again. Gaige is terrific, He always takes a few moments to talk to me about our pest control needs and treatment preferences.
Technicians have always been professional, personable and efficient. Can’t ask for anything more!

The service representative Gaige Collins who performed the pest control service was very helpful. He was thorough, diligent and competent.

The Terminix service guys are always prompt, thorough, and friendly! And this old lady likes seeing a smiling, happy face when they come by! They answer my questions and most importantly, they take the time to inspect and spray the house as needed….inside and outside! I’ve used Terminix for years and have been a satisfied customer. I also like knowing when I call the Terminix phone number, I get to speak with a real person! Now that’s true Customer Service!
