The technicians are on time for appointments and are very thorough. On the occasions when I sometimes forget, they often ask about servicing the house crawlspace and if we require add'l servicing inside the house. They are always professional, courteous, and friendly. We've been using Terminix since arriving to Augusta in 1999 and we see no reason to switch companies~!
