My technician (William) is a very nice young man. He does the pest control and termite inspections on all of my properties. I feel he is an honest individual. Unfortunately, he is leaving Terminix. He has no complaints about Terminix, in fact he praised the company and the people he works with. He just thinks the job he is going to is a better fit for him at this time.
I am hopeful the technician that will be assigned my account will be as dependable as William. He assures me they will be.
The office staff is also very nice, also. They are very friendly...just like a family friend!
