I have asked repeatedly to be contacted in advance of a technician coming to my home.
On this visit by your technician, I walked into my garage ( door was open) and a Terminix truck is pulling into my BACK driveway.
I have dropped all services with Terminix except the yearly trap check and under house inspection already because of this.
I see the note on my work order- emailed to me after technician’s visit- that states I am to be contacted in advance. Why can’t this happen?
Also while tech was here, I got a call to schedule the inspection?!?

We have had Terminx for over 20 years and have always been pleased. Our recent move to the area left us unhappy with the service we were receiving. I literally was shopping for new pest control, but stopped after the recent service. The young man did an amazing job and I was so very pleased with his attention to detail and doing all the things I expected to be done. We will be sticking with Terminx!
