Our technician(s) as we don't seem to have the same one every visit, have always been polite, and knowledgeable. We are always asked if we have any issues or concerns. They want to know if there is anything else the may need treatment that they not aware of.

We received excellent service this last visit. Only thing I was not made aware that you started charging 2.95 for using a credit card. We have been using one for as long as we have been with you and was not informed about the charge until we saw it post to our account. We will be paying cash from now on.

Our dogs brought in fleas that spread throughout our home. Terminix arrived (Sonny) quickly and sprayed inside and out. Sonny has returned two times to kill left over fleas. All is well now!

The technician was very thorough in applying the insecticide. He applied it heavier in places I was concerned about and was concerned about making sure his coverage would eliminate the pests. He also was very personable.
The service is first rate, our technician Allen is courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He answered any and all questions that we had. He found activity at one of the bait stations. He took the time to show and explain the activity and replacement to us. We like way he communicated with us and felt comfortable speaking with him.
