The things I like most about Terminix is the customer service. Every single technician that has come to perform my pest control services has been exceptional. The last technician that came was Joshua, and after he left, I literally called the Terminix office and requested that Josh be my permanent technician. Josh was extremely nice, friendly, courteous, respectful and also has a great sense of humor. He explained exactly what he was doing as he performed my pest control, and even gave me some valuable advice as to how to keep termites from entering my home.
I have been a customer with Terminix since 2017, and I have never had any issues. I am always telling my friends, family members, coworkers and other people that I meet how great it is to have Terminix, and I always encourage them to obtain a contract with Terminix as well. I let them know, in no uncertain terms, that it will be absolutely one of the best decisions they could ever make. My only regret is that I wish I had signed up with Terminix before 2017.
