Superb support from Vince Enright, Associate. He is incredibly organized and exudes professionalism and knowledge. Arrives almost to the minute or the exact time previously scheduled. Announces his presence, explains briefly what he is going to accomplish and how the task(s) will be completed. Upon completion, he reviews the tasks that were completed and makes recommendations if he finds problems. Has a vast knowledge of TERMINIX products and their uses. Have recommended him, by name, to others in the neighborhood. Is a role model for other employees to follow.
