To Whom it May Concern, We have a Contract of Sale on our home and a dispute with third party CL100 issued to Buyers. Terminix has a bond on our house! They immediately inspected the house and deemed it free from any active termites and followed up their inspection with a letter from the Branch Manager to support their position. Even offering to transfer the bond to Buyers should they show interested in same. Thanks to Terminix's efforts it saved me $1,000. for not having to provide an unneeded termite treatment of the house.
