Your technicians do a good job. They get a 10.

Your corporate marketing though. They get a 1. Requesting multiple reviews -- we get one every single quarter -- is a bit much. Completing one of these reviews every three months is too much.

I have to say I was very unhappy with your services and then you sent Nick and he worked diligently until he totally took care of the roach problem I had had for quite some time that no other technician seemed to be able to solve. So…… I would recommend you based entirely on Nick and his determination to solve my problem. You are quite blessed to have him on your team.
