Mark is probably the best real estate agent in New York, no, the entire United States. I mean that very seriously saying full well that I would not have felt comfortable buying a house, especially in this market, had it not been for Marks continual professionalism, hard work, trustworthiness, dedication, and charming personality. He made every interaction feel special. Whenever I hear anyone around me even begin to mention they are looking for a house I immediately interject to tell them "Ive got the guy for you, he will take good care of you" and I wholeheartedly mean it.

The experience was singlehandedly made wonderful by Mark MacBain. He was referred to us by a coworker, and we were so far from disappointed that we actually consider Mark a lifeling friend now. He was attentive, informed, and got to know us and what we liked and looked for in houses better than we knew of ourselves. He remembered things that were said, he gave good advice and always tried his hardest to make every walk through and phone call count for something. You can tell that he legitimately loves what he does, and does it because he likes people and helping them realize their dreams (in house form). There was not a single point during the process where we were unhappy, let down or felt overlooked by Mark. I had no idea that house hunting could be so fun, and I'm sure that if we worked with literally anyone else it would not have been even remotely as enjoyable as it was with our guy, Mark.
