Scott worked with us to find just the right home in gif right location for our family! While Scott typically works out of the Syracuse metro & surrounding areas, he took on our quest for a sale/purchase in the Oneida area. Within a short time he had our sale house on the market and with multiple solid offers, and helped us to find the home we fell in love with! Our purchase was complicated by having to complete our sale, and our sale was complicated by the buyers of our home also selling theirs. Phew! Scott was very patient with our many moments of panic and anxiety. The buyer's bank was difficult, and the appraiser the buyer's bank sent in actually damaged our home with a screwdriver. We were furious. Scott was very therapeutic, and kept us in the loop at all times. I will recommend him to anyone who is in need of an agent.
