My manager is the main reason l fall in love in my career,she is so supportive and has the high understanding so I have a balanced life and enjoy my job,
The team, particularly Richa Johar, is exceptionally supportive and dedicated to both clients and colleagues. Being part of this team has been a valuable learning experience, and I'm grateful for the opportunity.
I enjoy working with nurse next door for the flexibility, Richa is great to work for. The only reason I wouldn't give a 10 is that I live out of territory, so there is a lot of long distance driving involved, however I was aware of that when hired.
My biggest reason for giving the highest score of 10 is because Nurse Next Door always go beyond and over in providing care at every giving time. Nurse Next Door,do not just have a good understanding and working relationship with it's client but also with the workers which makes it a very good company to always count on.
Nurse next door is an amazing place to work. I really appreciate my franchize owner manner. She always assist me with any issue I face. My superviser is cooperative. They are compassionate and supportive. It is my honor to be part of this great proffessional team.

My manager from vaughn is amazing,she always guide my when ever l need,she is so patient and has high understanding of my situation and never gives me too much tasks that’s why l could have a balanced life,she is so responsible about her caregivers,l feel comfortable in my carrier and love it ,all these because of her.

The only reason I dropped 1 score is because of the long gap between my employment and my first job offer. Although, I was available for 36 hours a week, I did not recieve any job for 50 days. At the moment, my hours of attendance do not match the number of my availability hours. Despite announcing 24 hours of availability per week during May, only 10 hours per week had been allocated to me.
The company really seems to care about their staff and clients. The heart is really there.
