It is clean facility, and very good staff.
Great swim lessons
Anytime access to exercise machines, friendly staff -
Great pool, wonderful workout rooms and a good variety of classes for seniors, youth and young adults
The facilities are new and all on the ground floor.
Ms Theresa is a very good instructor. She knows what she needs to do to teach the kids to swim and the class size of 4 is perfect. My granddaughter Liv always has a fear of having to put her face in the water but I feel she has started getting more comfortable in briefly putting her face in the water and blow bubbles while trying to retrieve the rings. I feel she would be able to do this after 1 more swim session.
I am debating if a private lesson for 1 session would help her more than being in a group where she has to share her time with 3 other kids.
Anyway I am happy with this Y's swimming program and will highly recommend it to friends. However the parking situation at the Southwest Y is a problem. It is small and there is never a space available, We have to park quite far.

I like the variety of classes.
Overall the classes are great. I see my son willing to go and improving in his skills. I wish there could be some makeup policy in place so that it's easier to reschedule if kids get sick etc.
The Indoor heated pool, the eGym are exactly what I need. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful.
I like the YMCA South West, Quito Road indoor pool and the teachers who are very skilled and professional. The staff is friendly.
