I don't participate in programs but use equipment on my schedule
Varied programs & fun activities
The faculty is clean and staff is friendly. There is a good variety of programs and classes spread out well throughout the schedule.
The only thing that is a downside is that this facility is not currently enrolled with One Pass, which I’ve been looking at and was really hoping this Y was a part of that. Hopefully will be soon!
I love the variety of classes available and the instructors are friendly, welcoming and knowlegable
Great Water Fitness teachers.
Great tai chi and balance classes (more tai chi, please!). Also very friendly people, both staff and members. Pleasant and relaxed.

I loved the community vibe and awesome childcare staffs who watched my child while I worked out.
The top notch instructors, listening to members wants and needs.
*Could the Southwest location please have better hot water in the ladies' shower room. The shower water temperature is just a level above warm.
* I don't think that it's fair when a lady will put their personal bag and towel on a bench that's set outside of the shower stall that they are not using and have their items there to "save" the stall when they finish their workout or swimming.
* When swimming in the lap lanes, I am a slow swimmer and want to exercise swim in the "slow" lane. But when there is 1 or 2 other people in my "slow" lane, that are swimming 2-3x faster than me, this is not comfortable for me or fair. The other person/persons should be in the other 2 faster lanes. Slow means slow, ie- limited mobility; one shouldn't be rushed or shorten my laps because someone else is much faster.

Friendly staff. Nice variety of classes
Per the teaser question about referring others to SW, I always do. Reason being the staff is always available and attentive to any issues or concerns, and results happen... it's not just lip service. Keep up the emphasis on customer relations. Recent custodial efforts are an upgrade...
If attendance really took off, there would be no place to put them. You understand the waste of the Quito parking spaces. Paint, a couple of no parking signs and the non-use of the bike lanes is totally ludicrous!
Expensive vehicles, packed parking spaces and getting your kids to swim class are what many parents may struggle with. The crammed lots and perimeter streets are packed always. The Y needs to grab back the 20(?) spots taken from Quito that is from an elected official's not such a good idea.
Thanks for asking...
Lots of great classes. Excellent swimming pool.
I like the way it is very family oriented. My 13 years old daughter loves to go working out with me. I like they have outdoor workouts. The staff is super friendly too.
I love your app that makes everything transparent
Indoor pool, aerobic room, some machines outdoors, courteous staff.

I enjoy the EGym and personal training with Pam.
