Flexible convenient
I have been a member of the South Valley YMCA for only 8 months. I can truly say that it has been a life changing experience for me. I retired in June of 2018 and that’s when I joined the YMCA. I then made “me” a priority and vowed to lose weight, get healthy in mind, body and spirit and to lower dosages or get off medications as my doctor deemed appropriate. I am happy and proud to say I am on track to doing all those things. I highly recommend the South Valley YMCA to anyone wanting to join a caring, supportive and life changing organization. So glad I did!!

The staff is friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The activities are well organized and participation is encouraged.
The group exercise instructors are very motivating and will to modify to fit all age groups. Activities are geared toward health and wellness. The staff is helpful and welcoming.

staff is very friendly. great new lorckerrooms. My only problem has been the lifeguards do not control the lap lanes during the summer
I use the pool regularly and always appreciate the lifeguards. They're helpful when I ask pool related questions and a few of them have even provided workout ideas when I get bored with my own workout. the pool is my favorite part of the Y. Thanks for maintaining that as a service to your members.
