Love Body Combat with Malena!
I haven't done much yet. But I really enjoy the gym and the kids area. My son always is so happy and asks me if we can go to the gym. That's saying a lot about the care he gets in the center while I get a good workout.

Everyone is so nice and supportive, and there are a wide range of activities for our whole family.
There are lots of classes , we can pick & choose according to our ability.
I only do the aqua fitness class, but I really am convinced that this activity makes my overall health better. I feel better when I am consistent. Also, I have met some wonderful people in the class.
Good classes, lots of variety, very welcoming staff
The Y is a very friendly place from the reception people to the instructors of the classes. i particularly like the Gentle Yoga class. Nancy is a fabulous yogi with an abundance of knowledge and an ever changing approach.
Wide variety of Classes and an outdoor pool
Well I am too new to count at this point but I like the introduction to the equipment as a new member. So far I have only tried two classes and they were great so I am quite pleased so far!

My favorite programs are the dance classes - aerobics and ballroom.

Group exercise classes and small group swim lessons
Lap swimming and weight lifting, mostly upper body workouts. I use the lower body equipment if the weather is bad.
