Huge choice of classes, well-equipped gym with machines, e-Gym, weights and cardio. The knowledgeable staff, trainers and instructors are fantastic and friendly. This is a very community oriented gym that also offers clubs (book club, crochet/knit) and outdoor hikes. The facility is older and pending upgrades, but all overcome by the warm, family welcome!

Hello, Its been quite some time since I've worked out, so I'm taking it very slow.
haven't looked into any of the programs offered, I presume as time goes by and I feel muscle and a little lighter.. I will look into what's offered, kind of just focusing on getting here then realizing I'm on the treadmill is good for now :). I've been here, I think 4 times now. I feel better already. so far so good.
