I LOVE THIS PLACE
I like the YMCA diversity in offering different programs, huge choice of machines to work out independently, and of course, the strong professional coaches. My favourite Kim is funny but demanding for good posture and effort to over pass your fatigue and make the resultative work out. It is not an easy but people like the attitude and come for the health improvement after her training.

I love Sue's Yoga-late class. I am a senior and find it challenging and supportive.
I especially appreciable the cleanliness of the gym.
Responsive staff. Clean equipment. When a weight machine fails, the staff request a fix right away.

Only used bike so far
There is a great variety of programs and activities, and there are things for all ages and abilities.
I use 10 of the exercise equipments three times a week and plus the Treadmill to 1/2 hour daily. believe it helps me stay fit.
I love the variety of classes, but they're is always room for improvement.
I would love if we could get STEP back with Diana.
Also, can we get some more classes to start at 6am?
