Many ways to exercise
Eyal's Bodypump is the best class I've taken at the YMCA. Reasons: he not only demonstrates form constantly and accurately, but gives individual feedback to people in the class. This is rare in my experience.
Kim's TRX class is not only healthy and useful, she distracts us from our pain with her sense of humor.
Sue's Yoga combines both stretch and strength moves in a creative way, and never strays into the "constant movement" kind of yoga, or the "hold a pose forever" type. Good balance.
Outside of that you can find me in the stretch room, on the treadmill, or using the weight machines. Thanks!

So many exercises classes througout day
Lots of choices and great instructors!
The instructors are great. They are encouraging but directive with their guidance. Clean facility, good ventilation and encourage face masks.
Y is very family oriented. The staff is very courteous and genuine.
I like the well balanced structure of the classes and the instructors are also very nice. I enjoy every class!
Although I would like to request to have more classes cardio and /or strength on weekends.

Love the yoga classes and barre classes. I’ve tried others, but couldn’t find my routine. Lots of equipment. I wish barre was more often. Clean and nice. Front desk with the young adults- super friendly!!
There's a wide variety of programs and schedules to meet everyone's schedules and needs.

I like that there are programs and activities for young kids such as Karate. I would like to see more programs for kids 6+ for example zumba for kids, etc. between 3pm-6pm.

The diversity of facilities, equipment, and activities! I also appreciate the opportunity to interact with a broad diversity of people from the community which is sometimes lacking at other gyms.
Lap swim, water aerobics
I like the equipment but I think the leg machine that has been out of service since 9/28 should be repaired. I was a former plant engineer and never liked to see downed equipment for a period of time.
Variety
There are lots of activities to choose from. The staff is friendly.
easy to get in and access
Great instructors. I especially like Michal for yoga and pilates.
This was my first visit. I wanted to find a pool open for lap swim. Very nice location! Front desk personnel very nice!

I like U-Jam fitness and Zumba.
