First of all the front desk, especially Carmen and Sabrina, are always welcoming, courteous, friendly, and professional. Second, the yoga and body balance instructors, Kiran, Veronica, Megan, and Robin, while being very different from one another are all 4 very good instructors: knowledgeable, patient, and creative. Third, the Y offers a good variety of classes and activities.

Ralph ( swimming instructor) was very patient with my 5 year old. My daughter improved so much in a short amount of time. I am continuing her in the next round of lessons.

My children have a great time in swim class. The instructors do well with encouraging children who are reluctant and getting them comfortable in the water.
I like to go to the gym in the early morning to do some cardio and start the day with good energy. I also like the variety of group classes offered. I particularly like so far Body Balance, Zumba and Pilates. All the trainers are great! Thank you!

I’m just a guest right now, I’m not going to any program yet but anything looks great. I’m enjoying practicing with the machine.
Basketball program is a good experience for my 10 year old son.
I love the Zumba on Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
Would like to try the Water aerobics in the mornings, but still trying to fit it on my schedule.
Hoping there is a yoga class in the mornings.

Classes are great, love that you do things like walking classes and book club too.
