I just joined the YMCA recently and I'm really liking everything it has to offer so far! I really like the classes that are offered on top of the regular workout facility.
I love the facility, especially the pool. Prior to doing pool exercise classes, I was dealing with knee pain. The pool has helped more than anything else I have tried. Thanks to the Aquatics staff!
clean, helpful staff
I mostly come to Chuck's exercise class and to walk on the track upstairs. I like the stretching exercises and the friendliness of Chuck and the other participants in the class.

I really like the facility and the staff. My only complaint is that there are not towels any longer. When I used to belong. Dow Bay Area YMCA I used to get a towel. It was helpful to have an addition to my own towels.
Free friend Friday! The kids loved the new water features in the pool and the slide being open. Lifeguards were doing a great job nicely reinforcing the rules. :)
Flexibility of hours (especially with the 24-hour fitness center), lots of equipment, great staff, clean facilities.

The classes offered are great; I personally take from Chuck Cusick, Linda Flues and Tom Spa who are excellent instructors. They make exercise fun.

The friendly staff. The facility is clean. The availability either a personal workout OR take a fun class that you might like instead. The outdoor courts are also a nice feature. I love going there and seeing people taking advantage of all of these things!!
