The thing I like most about this company is the follow through. Heidelberg had purchased some rigging equipment from Barnhart, and I was told they would get to when they had time, not to worry. I received a quote same day, so my end was done, just waiting on equipment at that point, I received follow up email of style sizes for modification and was kept in the loop during the build process. This was reassuring letting me know they cared about the quality and wanted to make sure we had the proper equipment for the job. Highly recommended.
