Your guys are outstanding! We unfortunately had an incident where lightning struck Barnhart's crane while set up on our job site. Where we on day three of a 9-week Equipment Replacement outage for a local manufacturing facility in St. Louis. We were shut down for the evening at the time. Once we were notified of the incident, Barnhart was notified and responded to the jobsite at about 6:30 pm, arriving within 30-minutes of the incident occurring. They went right to work trying to identify what was damaged on their crane. Once Barnhart determined the crane would not be operable, they lined up a replacement crane and had it onsite an hour before our normal starting time the following morning. At this point it was 11:00 pm and they had the replacement crane onsite by 6:00 am the following morning.
This incident did not impact our job one minute or one dollar. Barnhart has gone above and beyond every time I have had the opportunity to work with them.
I want to thank Dave Brauch, Canin Mizner and your staff of mechanics that battled this situation like true professionals.
