I like the early am office staff in the Cortland office. She answers the phone and I don't have to press any buttons or talk to a computer. She communicates and schedules the heating oil delivery when I need it in a timely manner with no hassles.

Always good service. New on line site is great, easy to read, easy to get to what you need. delivery drivers courteous and friendly. Billing is easy to read and understand. Price of product is competitive or cheaper and products burn clean and efficient.
