Jim was kind enough to give his wealth of knowledge and experience for several months before we even contracted him to begin the process of selling our house. As first time home sellers we were lost and his expertise was invaluable for us. He answered all our questions until we understood all the various steps and minutia involved in the whole process. This continued through out the whole selling process by coordinating all the various communications between prospective buyers, their agents, and after a buyer was found the various attorneys and others involved in the process.
