The dogs are amazing, there so much you can learn from them. The facility is the perfect size and I can get a lot of hours and pick up whenever I need to. When I was sick they covered it for me and when I need medical help in a room they helped me out so much and never made me feel judged. Plus I LOVE my manager. She’s Supa great

My managers/Leads are genuine and kind. They are understanding and supportive. I feel like part of a team. I have never felt that way at a job before. Everyone really cares about the dogs and their wellbeing. I love that the pet parents can see how much we all care.

What I enjoy about dogtopia is the team aspect, and the way they set things with times as well as the shift schedules, and the layout/way they run the place! I enjoy the animals, but somethings I have in mind is maybe we can fix is our timing on telling us when to start stuff, specially since sometimes the Alexa doesn’t work and we can’t use our phones but then we find out 5 or 10 minutes later on accident about we can start cleaning or crating. Sometimes I’ve been late when I don’t get that little reminder but I’ve done better at sort of knowing it’s getting close by the dogs. But on positive note, some fun stuff we can add for fun is some more events maybe a little more frequent to run some more specials. An idea for picture day is a slumber party movie night since we also have the pj day. Get some movie treats and have it setup on something fun! . Maybe for October we can do pumpkin dog treats and maybe some costume for the dogs that can for pictures. Thanksgiving we can do a turkey stuffed animal maybe and we can put some of the dog friends at a table to eat! Give them special thanksgiving food that’s good for their diet and careful of any allergies! All in all, I enjoy dogtopia, I have more ideas that are better in person than on the email, but enjoy the management aspect I enjoy the meetings how you all take care of us, your employees and make us feel like we are part of the pack.
