Dogtopia Brampton has been an amazing experience! Rosa, my manager, has been the best boss i’ve ever had. She’s supportive, caring, and always makes sure that all staff are cared for. Not only is she generous, but she keeps everyone on-top on their game and keeps people on check. However, other pets of management have not been very supportive. I feel that Melissa is very blunt and rude with her attitude towards me. She had never introduced herself to me when i started training a long time ago; and her first words to me were stern and asking me what I was doing. I felt very unwelcomed and intimidated, when I should’ve felt supported and comfortable in my own workplace. She has rarely ever had anything nice to say about me. Moreover, Chanel has not always been the most supportive. A lot of her comments are backhanded, and she is not afraid to embarrass me in front of customers. I feel that Melissa and Chanel could be a lot more supportive and welcoming; as it makes my experience working here sometimes stressful and uncomfortable.
I do love the rest of the staff here, everyone is amazing and everyone gets along great.
Constantly learning more about dogs and their behaviours
The team is very welcoming and make you feel like you've been working there for years with them. Coming from Vet med to doggy daycare has been such a wonderful change and being with the dogs in the room is wonderful.

The staff are very welcoming and helpful to new staff and create a very joyful and engaging atmosphere for both the staff, pup owners and dogs. They’re very organized and have amazing communication which makes for a stress free and enjoyable shift.
It's a very friendly place to work at. the staff made me feel very welcome when I started. I also like that I can learn many things, like being cross training as a rover/runner

Great way to familiarize yourself with dog behaviour and training. Amazing staff and genuine people working to care for the pups. Lots of variety in work tasks for all workers.
I enjoy the friendships I've developed with the staff and the dogs.
I enjoy the fact that it's a very rewarding job. Although not everyday is perfect, what job is? It's amazing to see some dogs come such a long way in their social life and with their own behavior. I love being able to be apart of a team that gets to help pet parents have great success with their dog while giving them the best life they can have.

I love working here! I get to spend time with dogs and it is a very friendly work environment. Manager Rosa is absolutely amazing and goes above and beyond for all of us. It is obvious that she truly cares about her staff. Overall it is a great place to work!

I enjoy being able to work with dogs all day, and do fun activities. I also enjoy the games and activities we do to make it fun for the CC during the day. These activities make it fun to come in to work, and don’t have the day drag on.
