We had exceptional service by Pamela. She helped my family through the entire process of securing the right assisted living memory care unit for our sister. She communicated with the hospital, all the different options for facilities, and even the moving crew. 1) Managing my own emotions as the primary female partner/caretaker
2) Finding a placement for my male partner/loved one who has dementia/special needs
3) Going with me to interview the facilities
4) Getting ALOT of the paperwork in place for the transfer
5) It was a very complex transfer. I could not have done this on my own.
The placement was a perfect fit for him. He is well cared for now. His previous placements (found by myself or another agency) were not successful.

Erika did so much leg work for me at a most stressful time when I had to quickly choose a place to move my mother. She took the time to listen to our needs, she came to rehab to meet with my mother and caseworker. She even helped me interview some of the assisted living facilities. I was extremely pleased with the services provided to me and my sister by Pamela Sanderson, Senior Care Advisor. She initially spent considerable time with me via telephone to ascertain my sister's specific housing and medical needs, and then quickly sent me options. I was under a time crunch in my sister's move from one facility to another, and Pamela quickly set me up an appointment with the facility I chose that same day and met me there. I was able to make a decision in favor of the facility she had referred me to that same day which greatly alleviated my anxiety related to finding a suitable assisted living facility for my sister.
