Absolutely EVERYTHING! Lisa and Caressa were amazing!!! I was lost and inexperienced in the assisted living arena. Being my first experience and looking for my favorite person in the world (my mom)- I knew I needed help. They scheduled several tours for me to help make my decision. They felt more like my mom’s advocate and family while touring with me. They asked questions on my mom’s behalf that I didn’t even think of. At times, they were my voice of reason when I struggled making a decision. They gave personal input and I valued that. My mom is now in a wonderful facility and I owe much of that to the ladies at Care Patrol. What a blessing! And I highly recommend them!!!
I have had the pleasure to work.with Carresa Mulea on placement for my mother originally for Respite Care and then again for permanent placement in Memory Care. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. You can tell ahe cares not only about the person needing placement, but also about the family. She has even reached out to me since mom has been in the memory care, to follow up.

Caressa Mulea was awesome reference to Paddock Ridge for my mom to stay while we went on a cruise. Amber was great also helping us out from Avina Care. My mom liked it there for the 11 days she stayed.

Caressa Mulea was the CarePatrol advisor for my brother Scott, a Memory Care resident, and she did an excellent job of directing us to a great family-owned facility that is solely for Memory Care residents. It suits my brother's needs perfectly as a resident and my needs also as his caregiver.
I first put my brother in a corporate-owned facility when we moved to Ocala in 2019 but moved him in December 2024 because the rent rate had been raised three years in a row. I hastily moved him to another corporate-owned facility even though I had Caressa's card sitting right on my desk and should have called her.
The second facility was not a good fit and I was not happy with the way management handle things. A month after he moved there, a letter comes in the mail saying that the room rate was going up almost $500 a month. That was exactly the reason I moved my brother from the first facility.
That's when I decided to call Caressa and ask for her help. I should have called her way sooner. Caressa is great at her job and made the transition from the second facility to the now facility a flawless experience.
Caressa was FANTASTIC to work with on everything. She helped us with everything from tours, new furniture, mover, dentist recommendations, legal paperwork and everything else in between.
We had no idea that a company like CarePatrol even existed, BOY were we relieved and happy that we did. Thanks again!
