Markie from CarePatrol was a godsend. I don't know how we would have found a care facility without her in short notice. My mother went into the hospital for a condition that required continuous nursing care. She lives with my 80 year old father who couldn't possibly have cared for her. The hospital couldn't find a good treatment for her and said they were going to discharge her within a day or two. We needed to find a care facility that could accommodate her immediately. Markie worked during and after business hours to set up appointments and help us tour different facilities over a 2-3 day period. She joined us for every tour to help answer our questions and communicate my mother's conditions to the caregivers. She was like an angel sent to guide us at a critical time. My mother ended up in a wonderful care facility with excellent caregivers that understand her needs. It turned out as good as it could have. Thanks Markie!

Our Care Patrol advisor, Marki Anderson from Northern Denver and Boulder area. Her voice was soothing and caring. She helped us navigate the maze our medical system has created.
This started while my aunt was still hospitalized.Marki was with us and for us from the beginning.
SHe helped us determine the type and where we wanted her placed. Marki had done the research on facilities there and went with us to Loveland from North Denver to look at the faciities that met our needs.
I could go on and on about how she took care of us , the family. This was very hard on us as we were just nieces. thank you Marki!!!! You were an answer to our prayers all along.

We worked with Amy Herrick and she was amazing. Amy gave us all the options my mother had and was there with us for the initial walkthroughs of the places that interested us within our price range. She never pressured us, letting mom come to decisions on her own time.
I couldn't be more thankful to CarePatrol. A couple of months after Amy took the time to explain options and take us on a couple of tours, the worst case scenario happened and mom had to transition to a facility. Without the knowledge and guidance of Amy, that process would have been so much more stressful.

Good practical advise. I especially liked the furnace air filter advise. Switch monthly with a cheaper product vs quarterly with an expensive one. I've already visited my Home Depot to by six months worth!
