CarePatrol sourced us to very nice assisted living facility for mom. They are quick to respond to questions and inquiries. They are very professional and caring.

Care Patrol were professional, responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. We needed a place for my mother in law and had no idea where to start or what questions to ask. They connected us with places that were close and well run and toured with us so we had lots of options. I highly recommend them
We worked off and on with CarePatrol for about 2 years with my fiercely independent and ambivalent Father. The staff at CarePatrol were understanding and kind with myself and my 2 sisters as we went through our own ambivalence and apprehensions. They worked patiently with my Dad off and on until he finally agreed to a move. They were never pushy, only kind and gentle. CarePatrol worked within our very limited budget, geographic requirements, and ever changing timeline to find the right place we could afford.
I am happy to report that as of 2 days ago we moved my father into a beautiful location with his enormous dog. The staff and residents literally rolled out the red carpet to welcome them. The place is so beautiful and the staff so nice that I cannot imagine what more he might have gotten even if we had a larger budget. The place is close to us so we can visit him easily and often.
It will be an adjustment for my Dad, but Diana Rameriz and her CarePatrol team made this transition so easy and effortless we cannot thank them enough. I have already recommended them to my friend,
